How can I find out more about membership? |

Will you be issuing me a password? |

When you register, you will be asked to enter a user name and password. This is what you will use to log in to the website. The passwords are case sensitive. If, for some reason, you forget your password, you can click " forgot password and receive a new one. |

May I join OVCHE anytime throughout the year? |

Yes. OVCHE membership is open all year. Please complete the "Join" form on the homepage or follow the direct link (https://www.ovche.org/1989/signup). |

How often are dues paid and are they pro-rated if I join late in the year? |

The $35 dues are renewed annually and due each year on or before the Annual Members Meeting held in August. |

Checks are payable to “OVCHE”. We also have PayPal. |

How may I join or participate in the OVCHE co-op? |

First, you must join and be a member of OVCHE. Please note there is a current waiting list to join our co-op. For more information, once a member, you can email [email protected]. |

May I see the co-op schedule before joining? |

A unique privilege of joining OVCHE is participating in the co-op. Schedule viewing is available only to members. Non-OVCHE members may not participate. Overall, we provide a variety of classes across most subject areas for preschool through 12th grade, although options vary from term to term. The Institute for Excellence in Writing (IEW) is our foundational offering for grades 2nd through 12th. We also typically offer art and music classes every term. Examples of classes we have offered in the past include, but are not limited to, theater, ACT math prep, logic, Lego education, health and safety, kids' fitness, simple machines, nature study, ecology, and more. There is a current waitlist to join the co-op, and all classes are contingent upon what parents offer to teach. |
