OVCHE is a non-profit organization, incorporated in Ohio. Although officially based in St. Clairsville, OH, our membership base comprises families from the Ohio Valley region, including Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. The majority of our activities, however, take place in Wheeling, WV (weekly co-op location), Martins Ferry, OH, or St. Clairsville, OH, as these locations are centrally situated and home to our main host facilities.

In recent years, state homeschooling laws have continued to evolve and change annually; therefore, your best resource for up-to-date information is your official state homeschool organization or the HSLDA (Homeschool Legal Defense Association) for state guidelines.
