Join us for our MANDATORY Annual Members and Co-op Meetings! All meetings will be in the auditorium/sanctuary of National Road Church of Christ (1310 National Road, Wheeling, WV). Please make note of which meetings you are required to attend and what time you need to be there for each.
Co-op Meeting (5:30-6:30)
NEW THIS YEAR! There will be only ONE Co-op meeting, for both participating families and instructors. We will be going over the Co-op schedule, rules, parent roles, classroom management, and reimbursement procedure. The meeting is for registered participants in the 2025-26 Co-op. Those who are interested in learning more about Co-op are welcome to attend, however, Co-op registration will be closed by that time.

Mandatory Annual Member Meeting & Fellowship (6:30-8:30)
The annual OVCHE business meeting is MANDATORY for all members of OVCHE (NOT just those doing Co-op)! Both husbands and wives are encouraged to attend, if possible. New applicants and those considering membership in OVCHE are welcome to attend, as well.
The meeting will start with a time of worship, including a devotion, singing, and prayer. After worship we will enter into the "business" portion of the meeting. We will be going over a number of items including budget, policy, leadership and organizational changes. If you are unable to attend the Member Meeting, please email an excuse to [email protected]. This meeting is for adults only. No childcare will be available, but nursing babies are always welcome.
The penalty for failing to attend or submit a valid excuse is that your account will be "parked" (meaning you will lose access to OVCHE.org and will be unable to sign-up for events). To "un-park" your account, please contact a Board representative to receive the relevant information from the meeting. A list of Board members can be found under the "About Us" tab on the website.
The annual membership fee of $35 is also due before or at the annual meeting. The invoices have already been sent, so please check your email for those and pay before the deadline so that you do not get "parked."
If you wish to take a hiatus for the 2025-2026 school year or if your family wishes to leave the group, please notify us by emailing [email protected] ASAP!
There will not be a live-stream/virtual option for attending.
** AFTER THE MEETING we will have a time of fellowship with refreshments in the Fellowship Hall (across the parking lot). Please bring a snack or dessert to share! Drinks will be provided. **
